I didn’t have any sparkly sugar on-hand so mine didn’t sparkle, but I subbed in some granulated sugar and still achieved that epic crunch on top. BUT. A quick search on Amazon produced the exact sparkling sugar that she uses in her recipe. So you, my friend, are unstoppable now.

Bakery Style Cranberry Streusel Oatmeal Muffin Recipe
I love a good crumble/streusel top on a muffin, and just look at this. Perfection! I would like to dive headfirst into that streusel crumble and spend the rest of my life nestled up in all those oats and brown sugar. This muffin recipe uses whole wheat flour so um… it’s definitely/probably/perhaps slightly healthy. Ish. Healthy-ish. And not that that’s the goal for a bakery style muffin, but it’s nice.
